Mobility Scooters

Reservations

Mobility Scooter can be reserved for those ages 18 years and over. They are free of charge, but must be booked in advance. They are available from Brentford, Victoria and Elizabeth Gates. Please select your visit date below. Please note that Mobility Scooters are only available for daytime entry. We are not able to accommodate bookings for out of hours events, such as Christmas at Kew.

There are a limited number of wheelchairs available to use at all public entry gates. There’s no need to book, please ask a member of the team when you arrive. You are welcome to bring your own scooter if it is a pavement-use mobility scooter limited to 4mph.

We recommend booking your mobility scooter at least two weeks in advance. Before booking your scooter please utilise the our accessibility map.
